Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g margarine or butter, soft
- 3 eggs
- 70 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 200 g flour
- 30 g almonds, ground
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp milk
- 5 apples, approx. 850 g
- 25 g almonds, ground
- 35 g brown sugar
- ½ tsp, crushed cinnamon powder
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes
simple, delicious and with apples
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius (top/bottom heat). Line a 26 cm springform pan with baking paper and grease the sides. Mix the margarine or butter, eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt with a mixer. Then add the flour, ground almonds, baking powder, and milk and stir in. Pour the batter into the springform pan and level the surface. Peel, quarter, and core the apples, then dice them. Place the batter on the springform pan and press lightly into the batter. Mix 25 g of ground almonds, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a small bowl and sprinkle over the apples. Place the cake in the center of the oven and bake for 50 minutes. Test with a toothpick for doneness. Remove from the oven and remove the sides of the springform pan after about 10 minutes. Let the cake cool completely on a wire rack.
