Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 cups of cream cheese (light with yogurt)
  • 1 cup of quark (garlic quark)
  • 1 cup of quark (paprika quark)
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 2 bunch spring onions
  • 1 pepper, red
  • pepper
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • 1 pepper, green

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

(no matter how many people – it is always too little!)

Combine the cream cheese, quark, and crème fraîche in a bowl. Peel the spring onions and slice them into very fine rings. Halve the peppers, remove the seeds, and slice them lengthwise again. Then cut them into very fine strips. Add them to the quark mixture and season with the spices. Serve with hearty rye bread. It also makes a great dip for boiled potatoes.
