Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 200g Gorgonzola
- 200 g cream cheese (Philadelphia)
- 50 g butter or margarine
- 1 pack of basil (frozen)
- 1 clove(s) garlic
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Finely chop the garlic clove. Blend the Gorgonzola, Philadelphia, butter, basil, and garlic with a hand mixer until creamy. It’s great with baguette or as a dip for raw vegetable platters.
