Advent Bundt Cake
The perfect advent bundt cake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 tsp Ground carnations
- 1 tsp Ground ginger
- 1 tsp Rosemary needles finely chopped and ground in a mortar
- 1 tsp Make star anise
- 100 g Chopped almonds
- 0,3 liter Milk
- 60 g Unsweetened cocoa
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 300 g Flour 405
- 4 piece Eggs
- 150 g Sugar
- 125 g Soft butter
- 3 tbsp Walnut liqueur own production
- Mix the butter, sugar and eggs until frothy.
- Add baking powder, flour, milk, cocoa, spices / rosemary and liqueur. Mix everything into a smooth dough.
- Then stir in the chopped almonds.
- Pour the batter into a bundt pan. Bake in the electric oven preheated to 175 degrees, lower shelf, for approx. 60 min with top / bottom heat.
- Let the cake cool down and, if you like, dust with powdered sugar.
