Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 eggs
  • 200 g sugar
  • 200 ml oil
  • 1 tbsp Nutella
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 cup of yogurt
  • 100 g hazelnuts, ground
  • 300 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 15 g gingerbread spice
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 200 g dark chocolate coating
  • 100 g almond flakes

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Grease the baking sheet. Beat the eggs with the sugar until frothy, then add the oil, yogurt, Nutella, and honey and stir in. Combine the flour with the hazelnuts, cocoa, baking powder, and gingerbread spice and stir into the batter. Spread the batter onto the greased baking sheet and bake in the oven (180°C fan oven) for about 20 minutes (test with a toothpick). Let the cake cool and then evenly cover with the melted chocolate coating. Sprinkle with flaked almonds to finish. Cut into pieces before the chocolate hardens.
