Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g margarine
  • 150 g powdered sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 150 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 100 g chocolate (milk), grated
  • 200 g ground almonds
  • 100 g chocolate coating (whole milk)
  • Almonds and coconut flakes
  • Chocolate shavings and colorful sprinkles

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cream the butter until fluffy. Alternately add the powdered sugar and eggs, whisking in. Mix the baking powder with the flour and stir in the chocolate and almonds. Spread everything onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake at 180°C for about 20 minutes. Once cooled, spread the melted chocolate coating over the dough. Decorate with chocolate sprinkles, colored sprinkles, almonds, and coconut flakes. Let everything cool and cut into small squares.
