Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 thin pork schnitzels
- 1 pack of mozzarella
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 pack of tomato sauce with herbs
- 1 pack of tomato sauce with garlic
- oregano
- Salt
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Italian style
Depending on their size, divide the schnitzels into 2 to 3 pieces and season with salt and pepper. Place these pieces side by side in a baking dish. Thinly slice the garlic and scatter them among the schnitzels. Spread the tomato sauce over the schnitzels and garnish with oregano. Drizzle with olive oil, if desired. Bake at 220°C for approximately 45-60 minutes. Finally, top with the mozzarella cheese to serve as a topping and bake for another 20 minutes (until the cheese is melted).
