Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 ml cream
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 1 cup(s) eggnog
  • 1 cup(s) sugar
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 1 bag of frozen fruit (berry mix or tropical)
  • 2 packs of cream stiffener

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Whip the cream with the cream stiffener. Mix the mascarpone, egg liqueur, sugar, and vanilla sugar well and gently fold in the cream. Pour the cream into a bowl. Sprinkle with frozen fruit; the juice will run through the cream as it thaws. This recipe is perfect for making a day ahead.
