Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 ml coconut milk
  • 200 ml milk
  • 3 banana(s), ripe, already slightly brown
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • Butter, for the baking tray

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Preheat oven to 150°C. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and blend thoroughly with a hand blender. Grease a baking sheet well with butter and spread the mixture evenly. Bake for approximately 30 minutes. Cut into pieces and serve warm or cold with exotic fruit compote.
