Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 240 g chicken breast fillet(s)
- 500 g carrot(s)
- 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
- 2 tsp oil
- ½ lemon(s), the juice
- ½ tsp broth, granulated
- 2 garlic cloves
- curry powder
- 10 olives, black
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- possibly water if needed

Clean, peel, and dice the vegetables. First, heat 1 teaspoon of oil and sauté the carrots. After 5 minutes, add the diced bell peppers and cook both until cooked through. Add water if necessary. Cut the chicken breast into pieces and fry in a second pan with another teaspoon of heated oil. Deglaze the meat with lemon juice, add the broth and seasonings, and let it simmer for another 5-10 minutes over low heat. Add the al dente vegetables and olives to the meat. Serve hot.
