My first birthday cake

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 120 g butter
  • 80 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 banana(s), peeled and chopped
  • 3 cups of fruit porridge (apple banana fruit, e.g. from Alete or bebivita) 100 g each
  • 3 tbsp milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cream the butter, sugar, and eggs in a food processor until fluffy, then add the flour and milk and mix until the flour is almost completely incorporated (the batter should then be stiff). Then stir in the fruit and the chopped banana. The fruit will make the batter more runny. Pour into a baking dish. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 45 minutes. Note: The batter is made up of enough pieces for a pie crust. If you don’t have one, a small (!) loaf pan will also work. I always use baking paper in these dishes to make it really easy to remove.
