Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50g chocolate mint bars (After Eight)
  • 125 g butter
  • 50 g powdered sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 230 g flour
  • 20 g cocoa powder
  • 100 g white chocolate coating
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 42 minutes

Minty cookies for the cold season

Dice the After Eight and mix with the softened butter, powdered sugar, and salt using a dough hook. Stir in the egg thoroughly. Add the flour and cocoa powder. Knead briefly. Wrap the dough in foil and chill for 2 hours. Roll out and cut out shapes with baking sheets. Bake for 12 minutes at 150°C. Decorate with white chocolate coating.
