Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 150 g lamb’s lettuce
  • 2 oranges
  • 4 slices of pineapple
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 250 g yogurt
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Lamb’s lettuce with lots of fruit

Sort the lamb’s lettuce, wash it, and pat it dry. Peel the oranges and cut it into pieces. Cut the pineapple into pieces. Peel and finely chop the onion. Heat the oil and fry the onion pieces. Mix the lamb’s lettuce, oranges, pineapple, and onion. Mix the yogurt with the salt and honey. Drizzle over the salad as a dressing.
