Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 ½ tbsp vinegar (Melfor)
  • 1 ½ tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp mustard, medium hot
  • salt and pepper
  • Herbs, chopped, to taste
  • n. B. Onion(s), very finely chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Mix the vinegar with honey and mustard, gradually whisking in the oil. Season with salt and pepper, and stir in herbs and onions, if desired.
