Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g butter
  • 80 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 250 g flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 300 ml milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Breakfast with Nutella or whipped cream and hot cherries

Separate the eggs. Collect the egg whites in a tall container and place the egg yolks in a bowl. Combine the egg yolks, butter, sugar, and vanilla sugar in a mixer. Add the flour, baking powder, and previously warmed milk. Continue mixing. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and fold in. Bake in a waffle iron and keep warm between two plates (you don’t even need an oven).
