Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 500 g low-fat curd cheese
- 200 g crème fraîche or sour cream
- ½ jar Ajvar, hot
- 2 tsp herbal salt, Italian
- ½ tbsp basil, dried or frozen
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 tbsp chili sauce (barbecue sauce)
- 1 tsp sweet paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
goes with everything
Simply mix all ingredients well and refrigerate until ready to serve. Delicious with vegetable sticks, grissini, pretzel sticks, baguette, etc.
