Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 200 g crème fraîche or sour cream
  • ½ jar Ajvar, hot
  • 2 tsp herbal salt, Italian
  • ½ tbsp basil, dried or frozen
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp chili sauce (barbecue sauce)
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

goes with everything

Simply mix all ingredients well and refrigerate until ready to serve. Delicious with vegetable sticks, grissini, pretzel sticks, baguette, etc.
