Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 500 g low-fat curd cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 bell peppers
- 1 bed of cress
- 1 bunch of chives
- salt and pepper

delicious and light!
Dice the bell peppers, finely chop the herbs, and mix with the quark and sour cream. Season with salt and pepper. Tastes great as a spread or dip for barbecues, raclette, etc.
