Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 eggs
  • 1 bunch parsley, flat (or other leafy herbs)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

very easy to prepare

Whisk the eggs briefly, season with salt and pepper, and mix in the finely chopped parsley. Then pour the mixture into a heat-resistant plastic bag and let it set in boiling water for 20 minutes. Make sure no water seeps into the bag. Slice and serve on salads, vegetables, or simply with dressing, lukewarm or cold.
