Alberto's Spaghetti – Tuna Fix

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500g spaghetti
  • 1 gr. can/n tomatoes, unseasoned (pizza tomatoes)
  • 1 can tuna in oil
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 bunch parsley, finely chopped
  • n. B. salt and pepper, sugar
  • olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Boil water and bring to a boil. In the meantime, finely chop the onion and garlic and sauté in a little olive oil. Add the tomatoes and simmer uncovered over medium heat. Meanwhile, drain the tuna. While the water is boiling, add salt and add the spaghetti. Cook the pasta until al dente. Meanwhile, add the tuna to the sauce and break it up with a fork. After 7 minutes, add the parsley and season the sauce with salt, freshly ground pepper, and a little sugar. Drain the spaghetti, add it to the sauce, and mix well. Served without Parmesan.
