Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta (spirals)
  • 200 g ham, cooked
  • 2 onions
  • 1 pt. Tomato(s), pureed
  • 4 servings of béchamel sauce
  • 200 g cheese, grated
  • 1 can peas

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Pasta – Ham – Gratin

Cook the pasta. Dice the onions and ham and fry in oil. Pour in water and bring to a boil. Add the passata and simmer for about 5 minutes. Then add the peas, cook briefly, and remove the pan from the heat. Take a casserole dish and alternate the cooked pasta with the sauce. Finally, pour the béchamel sauce over the pasta and sprinkle with the grated cheese. Bake in the oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes. Serve with a green salad. Variation: Instead of ham and peas, use minced meat and mushrooms.
