Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 8 trout(s), fresh, gutted, washed
- 1 bunch parsley, fresh, curly, coarsely chopped
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves
- 2 lemons, half sliced
- 1 tbsp marjoram, coarsely chopped
- 1 bunch chives, roughly chopped
- tbsp herbs, coarsely chopped
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Combine herbs, olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic. Season the trout with salt and pepper, add the herb mixture and 2-3 lemon slices to each trout, and secure the fish with an oiled fish rack. Grill. Serve with pita bread, salads, herb butter, etc.
