Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 Mettwurst
- 150 g diced ham
- 2 bell peppers
- 2 tsp fried onions
- 2 tbsp Sambal Oelek (Sambal Badjak, extra hot)
- 1 tsp cranberries
- e.g. salt and pepper
- 3 potatoes
- 4 eggs
- 1 tbsp oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Attention – hot!
Heat oil in a pan. Finely chop the Mettwurst and fry them in the pan along with the diced ham. After a short time, add the fried onions. Peel and coarsely grate the potatoes. Add them and fry them as well. Clean and finely chop the bell peppers, and add them. Now mix the eggs with salt, pepper, sambal badjak, and cranberries. Then pour the mixture into the pan and fold it into the other ingredients. Serve immediately.
