Algae and Fruit Smoothie

The perfect algae and fruit smoothie recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 Dried unsulphurized apricots (overnight or at least 2 hours in Wa
  • 15 g Dulse – soak in water for 2 minutes (just cover)
  • 300 ml (Quell)Wasser
  • 1 Little apple
  • 0,25 Pineapple – peeled, but including the healthy middle part!
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 1 large handful Washed lettuce leaves (iceberg lettuce, baby spinach, rocket, etc.)
  • 1 tbsp Agave syrup (or honey or apple syrup)
  • 1 cm piece Ginger, peeled
  1. Roughly chop the pineapple and apple and possibly cut the ginger and the soaked apricots into small pieces.
  2. Put all ingredients in the blender together with the soaking water. Mix until you have a creamy smoothie.
  3. OPTIONAL: For those who like to experiment: You are welcome to add wild herbs (ground grass, basil leaves, nettle etc.)
