Ingredients

Smoothie bowl

  • 3 Pc. Dragon fruit
  • 3 Pc. Bananas
  • 400 g Greek yogurt
  • 3 tsp Agave syrup
  • 250 g Frozen berry mix
  • 10 Pc. Raspberry fresh
  • 10 Pc. Blueberries fresh
  • 1 Pr Coconut flakes
  • 1 Pr Chocolate shavings white

Coconut balls

  • 70 g Powdered sugar
  • 2 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 100 g Butter
  • 300 g Chocolate white
  • 1 Spr Rum Flavoring
  • 3 tbsp Orange juice
  • 160 g Desiccated coconut

Instructions

Preparation of the smoothie bowl

  • First, cut the bananas into large pieces and let the frozen berry mix thaw a little. Puree the bananas and berry mix, fold in the Greek yoghurt and sweeten the whole thing with agave syrup. Divide the dragon fruits in the middle and wrap the pulp with a ball cutter (use the pulp balls later to decorate the dessert). Now pour the smoothie into the wrapped dragon fruit and sprinkle with chocolate and coconut flakes. Then attach the coconut balls.

Preparation of coconut balls

  • Melt the white chocolate in the water bath, but do not let it become completely liquid. Melt the butter in another saucepan as well. Now stir the powdered sugar and vanilla sugar with the soft butter until frothy. Stir in melted chocolate, rum, orange juice and coconut flakes. Shape the mixture into balls and place on a plate with baking paper. Put in a cool place. Relish!
