Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g spread (acorn spread), ready-made product)
- 200 g wheat flour
- 100 g butter
- 100 g sugar
- 50 g oat flakes, fine
- 50 ml water
- 20 g yeast
- 10 g spice mix, e.g. nutmeg, clove, cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, anise
- 5 g salt
- 2 g vanilla
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 50 minutes
For 14 glasses of 125 ml each, approx. 80 g per serving
Knead all ingredients at room temperature until a smooth dough forms. Let the dough rest for one hour at 20 degrees Celsius. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius (convection oven). Half-fill a baking dish, such as a preserving jar, with batter. Bake at 160 degrees Celsius (conventional oven) on the middle oven rack for 40 minutes.
