Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 m.-sized jacket potatoes, boiled, peeled and sliced
- 1 bag of salad seasoning mix (garden herbs)
- 1 tsp herbs
- ¼ red bell pepper(s), diced
- 1 medium-sized tomato(s), diced
- ½ turkey breast, roasted and cut into strips
- 1 tsp parsley
- 1 tsp chives
- 1 tsp garlic
- salt and pepper

Boil the potatoes, peel them, and slice them. Mix the salad seasoning according to the package instructions and add the additional herbs. Brown the turkey breast, not too brown, and season with salt and pepper. Dice the tomatoes and bell peppers. Arrange the potatoes in a circle on the plate, drizzle with salad dressing. Distribute the tomatoes and bell peppers evenly over the top. Remove the turkey breast from the pan and cut into strips, then arrange them immediately on top of the salad.
