All-round salad dressing

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar, red
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar, white
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp mustard, medium hot
  • 1 tbsp creamed horseradish
  • 2 tbsp orange juice or apple juice
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup, or honey
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Always tastes good with any salad

Mix everything well and add salt and pepper to taste. Fresh herbs, such as parsley or borage, complement the dressing. I personally like my salad dressing a bit more acidic. If that’s too strong for you, you can simply add more oil.
