Almond Bars
The perfect almond bars recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 Eggs
- 250 g Ground almonds
- 250 g Powdered sugar
- 1 El Flour
- Flaked almonds
GLUTEN FREE
- I made the recipe with the Rewe free from flour and it turned out great
preparation
- Separate the eggs. Mix the dry ingredients (except for the almond flakes) and whip the egg white until stiff. Let the oven preheat to 170 degrees. Now fold the egg white into the dry ingredients and finally knead everything well until it is a lump of dough. Now remove some of the dough and form small sticks and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Now lightly whip the egg yolk and brush the almond sticks with it and then sprinkle the almond leaves over them and press lightly. Bake for about 15 minutes until golden brown. Finished!
