Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 400 g almonds, whole, with skin
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat) or 180°C (fan oven). Sprinkle the almonds on a baking sheet, roast in the oven for about 10 minutes, and let cool thoroughly. Place the almonds in the blender jug of a food processor along with a pinch of salt and process until creamy. Transfer the almond butter to an airtight container, such as a jam jar.
