Almond-Chocolate-Cinnamon Muffins

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 eggs
  • 150 g butter
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 150 g flour
  • 1 ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 100 g almonds, chopped
  • 100 g chocolate shavings

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Makes 24 muffins. Preheat oven to 180°C (fan oven). First, beat eggs, butter, and sugar until fluffy, then sift flour, baking powder, and cinnamon into the egg mixture. Mix until smooth. Stir in almonds and chocolate shavings. Fill muffin tins two-thirds full with batter. Bake at 180°C (fan oven). Dip in chocolate glaze, if desired.
