Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g butter
- 150 g powdered sugar
- 2 egg whites
- 200 g flour
- 60 g almonds, ground
- 100 g dark chocolate shavings
- Chocolate glaze

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
makes about 50 cookies
Cream the very soft butter with powdered sugar and egg whites (using a dough hook). Add the flour, almonds, and chocolate shavings and mix well. Using two teaspoons, drop small heaps of dough onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Make sure they’re spaced apart, as the cookies will spread slightly during baking. Preheat the oven to 170°C (340°F) and bake the cookies for 10 minutes, until the edges are lightly golden. Let cool and then cover with chocolate glaze. Makes approximately 50 cookies.
