Tini's pepper and minced meat casserole

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 medium-sized bell peppers, red and yellow
  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 1 shot of Cremefine
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • n. B. cheese, grated
  • 4 m.-sized potatoes
  • n. B. herbs

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Wash, trim, and finely chop the potatoes and vegetables, and place them in a casserole dish. Fry the minced meat in a little oil until browned and crumbly. Add a little water, the Cremefine, tomato paste, herbs, and spices to the pan and simmer for about 10 minutes. Then pour the contents of the pan into the casserole dish and mix well. Sprinkle with cheese and then bake at 200°C for about 1 hour.
