Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 200 g marzipan – raw mass
  • 2 eggs, of which the egg white
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 50 g flour
  • 50 g almonds, sliced
  • 100 g cake icing, chocolate

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Mix the marzipan mixture and egg whites. Gradually add the sugar, vanilla sugar, and flour. Using a piping bag, form croissants onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper and top with almonds. Bake for approximately 10-15 minutes at 175-200°C. Finally, drizzle the ends of the croissants with the melted chocolate glaze.
