Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g ground almonds
  • 120 g powdered sugar
  • 4 tbsp orange blossom water, maybe a little more
  • Pistachios

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

a typical sweet dessert from Arabic cuisine, quick to make, can be well prepared

Mix the almonds, powdered sugar, and orange blossom water together until a firm mixture forms. Knead with your hands until soft. Let the mixture rest for a while. Form small balls from the dough and press a pistachio into the top. Place the almond drops into small praline molds and let them dry slightly.
