Roll out the dough in portions to a thickness of 5 mm (0.2 in), cut out large and small moon shapes. Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Brush with egg white and decorate with slivered almonds, apricot pieces, or pumpkin seeds. Bake in the oven for about 8 minutes, then let cool.
