Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g potatoes, small
- 15 g margarine
- 20 g almond(s), chopped
- salt and pepper

Cook the potatoes in salted water with their skins on for about 20 minutes, then peel and cut into small slices or sticks. Melt the fat in a pan and fry the potatoes and almonds until well browned. Season with pepper and a little less salt to taste. It’s super simple, tastes great, and you’ll impress any guest with it.
