Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 eggs
- 200 g sugar
- 250 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 150 g butter
- 100 g sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 200 g sliced almonds (I always use 100 g sliced and 100 g slivered almonds)
- 3 tbsp milk

super easy, quick and delicious
Whisk the cream, eggs, sugar, flour, and baking powder into a smooth batter. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius (the top layer should be firm). Melt the butter and stir in the remaining ingredients one at a time; the sugar should be almost completely dissolved. Pour onto the cake and bake for another 10 minutes (until golden brown). Tastes best fresh (you might want to reheat it briefly).
