Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g sour cream
- 4 eggs
- 4 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- e.g. butter, for frying
- possibly raisins
- some powdered sugar for sprinkling

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Whisk together the sour cream, eggs, flour, and sugar (add raisins if desired). Melt the butter in a pan, pour in the batter until a finger-thick layer is all that’s needed, brown on both sides, then tear it into pieces and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Any kind of compote or applesauce goes well with it. Tastes delicious; I only make this Schmarren from now on!
