Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 egg(s)
  • 3 tbsp flour or more (depending on egg size)
  • Milk
  • butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Basic recipe

Mix the egg with the flour and add enough milk to make a thin batter. Heat a little butter in a nonstick pan and drop a ladleful of the batter into it, swirling the pan to ensure the bottom of the pan is evenly coated. Bake. When one side is firm enough, flip it over (or throw it if you can), and finish baking the other side! Continue until all the batter is used up.
