Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g radish(s), peeled
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 100 g cream
  • 2 tbsp chives, cut into rolls

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Radish salad from the Thermomix

Combine all ingredients except the cream and chives in the mixing bowl, close the lid, and process for about 10 seconds on speed 4. Add the cream and chives and process for about 5 seconds on reverse, speed 2. Tip: You can also replace the cream with 100–150 g of quark or sour cream. I haven’t tried that yet, though. It tastes great with a Bavarian snack.
