Vegetable pan with cheese sauce

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100g spaghetti
  • salt water
  • 1 handful of broccoli florets
  • 1 small onion(s), chopped
  • some celery, finely grated
  • 100 g mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cream cheese wedges
  • 1 tsp mustard (e.g. whiskey mustard)
  • 150 ml water
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Spaghetti with broccoli, mushrooms, celery and onion

Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside. Meanwhile, divide the broccoli into florets, wash, and sauté in a pot with a little water until soft. Finely grate the celery and finely chop the onion. Heat a pan with oil. Sauté the onion and mushrooms. Add the water and whisk in the cream cheese. Mash with a fork first if necessary to help it melt. Add the celery and broccoli, season with mustard, salt, and pepper. Toss the spaghetti with the sauce and serve.
