Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g flour
  • 100 g sugar
  • 100 g butter, soft
  • 3 vanilla sugar
  • 150 g raisins
  • 150 ml milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cube of yeast, fresh
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pck. flavoring (Citroback), or grated peel of a lemon
  • Fat, for the shape
  • e.g. powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm milk. Knead it with all the other ingredients on a tabletop until you have a smooth yeast dough (Caution: It will be very sticky). Finally, briefly knead in the washed raisins and butter. Pour the dough into a greased Bundt cake pan. Let the Bundt cake rise in the oven at 50°C for 30 minutes, or cover and place it on the heater for 45 minutes, until it has doubled in size. Then set the oven to 175°C fan/convection oven. Once the temperature is reached, bake the cake for 30 minutes, then leave it in the switched-off oven for about 10 minutes. After it has cooled in the pan for another 5 minutes, it is easy to turn out. Decorate with a dusting of powdered sugar, if desired.
