Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g flour
- 30 g yeast
- 150 ml water, lukewarm
- 1 tsp sugar
- ½ tsp salt
- 3 tbsp oil
- 200 g onion(s)
- 150 g smoked bacon, streaky
- Salt and pepper, white
- 250 g cream cheese
- 1 egg yolk
- 5 tbsp crème fraîche
- nutmeg
- Grease for the tray
Instructions
Working time approx. 45 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 45 minutes
Knead the yeast dough from flour, yeast, water, sugar, salt, and oil. Let it rise in a warm place for 45 minutes. In the meantime, peel and finely dice the onions. Dice the bacon and fry it in a pan without fat. Add the onions and sauté until translucent, stirring constantly. Season with salt and white pepper and let cool. Roll out the yeast dough and place it on a greased baking sheet. Make a cream from the quark, egg yolk, and crème fraîche, and season it with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Spread this cream over the yeast dough and top with the bacon and onion mixture. Bake in a preheated oven at 250°C for 13-15 minutes.
