Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 350 g chicken breast fillet(s)
  • 3 bell peppers, red, yellow, green
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 tomato(s)
  • 1 small cucumber(s) (mini cucumber)
  • salt and pepper
  • n. B. Oil (e.g. olive or rapeseed oil)

quick and tasty

Cut the chicken breast fillet into small pieces (defrost frozen chicken first or heat it in a pan until easy to slice). Brown it in a little oil in a pan. Clean the vegetables and cut them into pieces of any size. Finely chop the garlic cloves. Add everything to the pan and cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. If you like, you can leave the garlic cloves whole and add them to the pan as is. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with rice.
