Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g almond(s), chopped
  • 100 g dark chocolate coating
  • 70 g butter
  • 200 g marzipan paste
  • 2 egg whites
  • 150 g powdered sugar
  • 40 cherries (sour cherries)
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

makes about 40 pieces

Toast the chopped almonds in a dry pan. Chop 100g of chocolate coating and melt it with the butter in a double boiler. Finely dice the marzipan. Beat the egg whites until stiff, then drizzle in the powdered sugar and cocoa powder. Stir in the marzipan and the slightly cooled chocolate coating mixture. Chill the mixture slightly. Form into balls and place a cherry inside. Bake for 15 minutes at 145°C (375°F).
