Amarena Cake

  • 1 cups Yogurt
  • 1 bag Chocolate pudding
  • 3 tbsp Unsweetened cocoa
  • 1 Vials Taste of rum
  • Desiccated coconut
  • 1 Glass Amarena cherries, drained
  • Sugar to your taste
  1. Bring the puff pastry to room temperature and line a greased springform pan with it. Preheat the oven to 175 ° C.
  2. Now mix the quark, yoghurt, sugar, rum flavor, pudding powder and cocoa into a cream and season to taste. Drain the Amarena cherries at the same time.
