Beat the egg yolks with powdered sugar, oil, amaretto, and vanilla sugar until frothy. Mix the flour and baking powder and fold in. Carefully fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour the fairly runny batter into a 26 cm springform pan and bake for approx. 45 minutes at 180°C. Cover briefly if necessary to prevent it from overbrowning. Allow to cool. Prepare a pudding from the pudding mix according to the instructions – but only using 400 ml of milk – and allow to cool slightly. Spread onto the cake base and allow to cool. Whip the cream with cream stiffener until stiff, fold in the amaretti biscuits, and arrange in a dome shape on the cake base. Decorate with melted chocolate coating.
