Amaretti with Pistachio
The perfect amaretti with pistachio recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Ground almonds
- 40 g Pistachio nuts
- 140 g Sugar
- 0,5 tsp Fleur de sel
- 2 Protein
- 1 tsp Amaretto
- 1 tsp Powdered sugar
- Finely grind the pistachio nuts in the multi-chopper.
- Mix the sugar and salt with the ground almonds and pistachios.
- Beat the egg whites in a bowl and stir in the amaretto.
- Stir in the almond mixture little by little.
- The dough should be even and slightly sticky.
- Use your hands to shape portions the size of a walnut and then roll them in powdered sugar.
- The amaretti can be covered with a nice thick layer.
- Now preheat the oven to 180 ° upper / lower heat and line a tray with baking paper.
