Amaretti with Pistachio

The perfect amaretti with pistachio recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Ground almonds
  • 40 g Pistachio nuts
  • 140 g Sugar
  • 0,5 tsp Fleur de sel
  • 2 Protein
  • 1 tsp Amaretto
  • 1 tsp Powdered sugar
  1. Finely grind the pistachio nuts in the multi-chopper.
  2. Mix the sugar and salt with the ground almonds and pistachios.
  3. Beat the egg whites in a bowl and stir in the amaretto.
  4. Stir in the almond mixture little by little.
  5. The dough should be even and slightly sticky.
  6. Use your hands to shape portions the size of a walnut and then roll them in powdered sugar.
  7. The amaretti can be covered with a nice thick layer.
  8. Now preheat the oven to 180 ° upper / lower heat and line a tray with baking paper.
  9. Distribute the dough balls on the baking sheet with small gaps.
  10. Bake for about 18 minutes.
