Amarettini cake

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 100 g sugar
  • 100 g margarine, soft
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 g biscuits (amarettini)
  • Fat for the pot
  • Breadcrumbs for the pot

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 6 minutes; Total time approx. 26 minutes

for the 1 l microwave teapot

Mix the baking powder with the flour in a bowl. Add the remaining ingredients (except the amaretti biscuits) and beat with a hand mixer until smooth. Crumble the amaretti biscuits into small pieces until lightly powdered. Add the crumbs to the batter and mix. Grease a 1-liter micro-plus jug and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Pour the batter into the jug and turn the lid so the spout is open. Bake at 600 watts for 6 minutes. After letting it stand for a short time, turn it out onto a plate. The cake can be garnished with powdered sugar, chocolate sprinkles, or icing. Of course, nuts, coconut flakes, chocolate sprinkles, or cocoa can be used instead of the amaretti biscuits. If you don’t like those, you can also add a few drops of lemon juice or various flavorings.
