Amaretto Cherry Bundt Cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 m.-sized eggs
  • 100 ml oil
  • 100 ml Amaretto
  • 250 g flour and some flour for the cherries
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 jar cherry(s)
  • some fat and breadcrumbs for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Quick cake

Drain the cherries and coat them in flour. Mix all the other ingredients together and fold the cherries into the batter. Grease a Bundt pan, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, and pour in the batter. Bake on the middle rack at 200°C for about 35 minutes.
