Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 m.-sized eggs
- 100 ml oil
- 100 ml Amaretto
- 250 g flour and some flour for the cherries
- 100 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 jar cherry(s)
- some fat and breadcrumbs for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Quick cake
Drain the cherries and coat them in flour. Mix all the other ingredients together and fold the cherries into the batter. Grease a Bundt pan, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, and pour in the batter. Bake on the middle rack at 200°C for about 35 minutes.
